Where you’ve been or where you want to go. Or where you are………
First, choose your words. Carefully.
Then charcoal rubbing. Yeah.
Transfer to the canvas.
Mix some paint, yeah?
Cool. Yeah, cool.
Go to work.
Work? Not really. More like fun.
Now, the letters.
Flat white just ain’t right.
Lush letters.
A few more rough edges to smooth out…….. some lopsided letters need a shave….
But just about ready.
3 feet by 4 feet - huge.

That’s a really good question - a lot of things inspire me actually.
My parents inspire me to get the best education I can work for. My friends inspire me to be the best friend and person I can be. Society has inspired me to be different and find my own voice in this world. Hip-Hop music has inspired me to be self-expressive.
And my favorite author of all time Richard Wright has inspired me to embrace the struggles of Life because without adversity there wouldn’t be meaning in our lives!
